SHIPPING
Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt take from 2-5 days since date of purchase. In extremely rare events some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Applied only on online purchases
We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:
- Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
- All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with the all tags intact.
- Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.
- Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.
Important Notes:
- Shipping expenses required to execute a return or an exchange are on the customer.
- Both returns and exchanges may take up to 5 business days.
- All returns are executed through Instapay.
- All discounted items cannot be returned (applied in bundles too).
- All customer service emails will be replied to within the period from 10 AM to 6 PM.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
